Routine
Step 1
Set the scene two hours before bedtime by lighting our Perfect Night’s Sleep Candle and let the sleepy scent of lavender and jasmine fill the room.

Step 2
Run a warm bath with our Perfect Night’s Sleep Bath Foam and do some mindful breathing to help you relax and wind down even further. Inhale for 7 seconds and exhale for 11.
TOP TIP
Soak for at least 20 minutes to really help relieve any stress-induced tension from the day.
Step 3
Apply our Perfect Night’s Sleep Body Oil onto damp skin and massage in. Start from your feet and move upwards in circular motions with long, soft strokes.
Step 4
Snuff your candle and once in bed, spritz the Pillow Mist and inhale deeply.

Keep only in original container. Keep out of reach of children. Read label before use. Contains d-limonene, bois de rose (rosewood oil), citronellol 70/700. No smoking. Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep cool. Keep away from heat/sparks/open flames/hot surfaces. Take precautionary measures against static discharge. Candle:
Caution:
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
Always leave at least 10cm between candles. Do not burn on or near anything that can catch fire.
Trim wicks to about 1cm before lighting. Always extinguish the candle and do not relight when the wax level is less than 1cm.
