- Use some simple breathing techniques… in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.
- After a long soak in the bath apply a couple of drops of the Perfect Night’s Sleep Face Oil to cleansed skin.
- Seal in moisture with the Perfect Night’s Sleep Overnight Facial Cream.
- End the night with a few spritz of the Perfect Night's Sleep Mist on your pillow and prepare for a night full of ZZZs.
